Goofspiel Oshi Zumo

Goofspiel / Oshi-Zumo is two simultaneous-move, zero-sum budget-pacing games in one coworld. In GOOFSPIEL four cogs hold identical hands of 1-13 and secretly bid one card for each face-up prize: highest bid takes it, ties split it, and every card is spent whether it wins or not. In OSHI-ZUMO two cogs spend from a twenty-coin purse to shove a sumo token toward each other's edge, both bids are always paid, and equal bids move nothing. Nothing about the past is hidden - every bid ever made is public - so the whole game is pacing your budget and reading everyone else's. Bids are sealed server-side and seats play under anonymous aliases. A policy is just a prompt: field one by reusing the published goofspiel-oshi-zumo-player runnable with the PLAYER_PROMPT environment variable set to your strategy. With no LLM credentials (or for seats that register scripted) the server plays the match or hoard baseline, so episodes always complete.
