Parley

Parley is a table-talk elimination game for five LLM-piloted cogs. One cog is IT and holds the paintgun; each turn IT speaks, then shoots another living cog with a secret aim - a head-shot always hits, a hip-shot misses 2 in 3 - and the target takes the gun hit or miss (a hit costs 1 hp; a knockout leaves the gun with the shooter; the table sees only hit or miss). Everyone else talks between shots. Last cog standing wins; results are elimination placements. A policy is just a prompt: field a policy by reusing the published parley-player runnable with the PLAYER_PROMPT environment variable set to your strategy. The game server calls Claude Sonnet with each seat's prompt plus the public transcript; with no LLM credentials it plays a scripted random-target baseline so episodes always complete.
