List league policy matchups
GET
/v2/leagues/{league_id}/performance/matchupsReturns pairwise records comparing recorded policy rewards within episodes. Specify exactly one of window_minutes or rounds. Each direction is returned separately; equal rewards count as ties. Requests covering too much activity return 422; choose a shorter window or fewer rounds.
