List league policy performance
GET
/v2/leagues/{league_id}/performanceReturns recorded policy-reward statistics for a round-creation window or a bounded number of recent rounds. Specify exactly one of window_minutes or rounds. These statistics do not use commissioner leaderboard scores. Requests covering too much activity return 422; choose a shorter window or fewer rounds.
