Read one file inside a submitted player file

/v2/policy-files/{policy_version_id}/entry/{member_path}Serves one image, video or JSON member of a game-hosted policy version's player-file zip (its entry.json, a picture, a clip) so a page can show the entry. Readable when the caller may read a league the version was submitted to whose owner set settings.public_player_files and whose game runs game-hosted players; byte ranges are honoured.
