Request a player file upload

POST/stats/policies/files/upload

Returns a presigned staging URL for a player file. Completion verifies and promotes the bytes. Matching policy metadata returns the existing version instead.

Runtime and packaging metadata for the version.

Caller-owned tags for the policy version.

Unsupported secret environment; player-file policies cannot receive secrets.
