Get cogent presence
GET
/v2/cogents/{cogent_id}/presenceReturns where the coach is looking, which agents are here, and which visitors have written. The coach fades after 90 s without a report and an agent after 120 s; the 32 visitors who wrote last are shown. With after and wait, the answer is held open until the version differs from after or wait seconds pass (at most 25).
