Register cogent agent
POST
/v2/cogents/{cogent_id}/agentsMints a token for an agent of the cogent, shown once. The token acts as the cogent with agent fixed to this name. It is minted from the owner's signed-in session only, never from an API credential or the cogent's own token, so a leaked token cannot mint more; a name in use is refused with 409.
