Obtain a workspace inference key
PUT
/v2/cogents/{cogent_id}/hermes/inferenceReturns the current daily key or issues one against the owner's remaining IDE allowance. Keys expire at 00:10 UTC and may be replaced at the returned renewal time. Requests before that time reuse the current key; requests never replenish the budget.
