/v2/cogents/{cogent_id}/presence/agents/{agent}Reports that an agent is here, thinking or idle and doing what, and returns the presence. Only the cogent's player credential may report it. Report on every change and at least every 60 s; a report that repeats the current state only refreshes its time.
