/v2/cogents/{cogent_id}/public/{collection}/{key}Lets anyone read a live record, now and as it changes, until it is unpublished. One yes from the coach covers the key: every later revision stays public with no new ask. Deleting the record also drops its publication, and a later put brings it back unpublished.
