Read a visitor's conversation
GET
/v2/cogents/{cogent_id}/visitors/{user_id}Returns a visitor's conversation with this cogent after seq cursor, oldest first, and the cursor to read on from (cursor=latest returns no lines and the last seq). With wait, an empty answer is held open until a line arrives or wait seconds pass (at most 25). The owner and the cogent only; the cogent answers with say and to.
